Nature therapy has become an increasingly popular way to increase mental and physical health. Nature therapy can help increase team engagement and promote creative problem-solving. Through nature therapy team building experiences, individuals can work together to build relationships, communicate effectively and trust one another in order to reach a common goal. Not only does nature therapy provide the opportunity for meaningful exploration and connection, it can also offer the perfect environment for groups of any size to boost morale and create long lasting memories through an enjoyable outing.

Nature & forest immersion experience team building sessions are 3-hours long. Sessions include guided meditation followed by a series of invitations to engage and interact with each other and with the natural world. Each session closes with a sharing circle including wild-harvested tea and healthy snacks. Sessions are held at outdoor locations that have been evaluated to provide a safe and accessible experience for all attendees.
