Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, increase creativity, or simply enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors, our forest immersions offer a unique opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of your day and immerse yourself in the healing power of nature. Nature immersion sessions are 2-3 hours long. Sessions include guided meditation followed by a series of invitations to engage and interact with the natural world. Invitations are followed by circles of sharing. Each session closes with a sharing circle including wild-harvested tea and healthy snacks. Sessions are held at outdoor locations that have been evaluated to provide a safe and accessible experience for all attendees.
